Summer may be headed to a close, but fall is still a great time to RV. Actually, it’s our favorite time of the year since the weather will have, hopefully, cooled off by then. So what perfect timing for a new RV park to open up to get us out there to travel. And it’s so great when new RV parks open up as it just adds another great adventure to our ever growing RV list of places to travel to.
This new RV park takes us to good ‘ol Port Lavaca, Texas! This gated new RV park will boast more than 94 sites during it’s first phase of construction and of course there will be some great lakeside sites.
In addition to great sites, the Texas Lakeside RV Resort will be centered around a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse with all of the amenities like a swimming pool and hot tub, picnic area, a stocked fishing lake, walking and jogging trail, exercise room, recreational room with a media area and pool tables and so much more. And if you are a RVer that likes to travel with pets, the Texas Lakeside RV Resort will also feature dog runs. What a bonus that this new RV park is so pet friendly too!
The mastermind behind this awesome RV Resort is Doug Jensen and he included some great details such as private restrooms and showers. And the resort is equipped with security cameras, free WiFi and satellite TV so you can rest assured all while being entertained.
All sites will offer full hookups with sewer, electric and water. Waterfront and back-in sites are expected to be open by November. So RVers it’s not time to put that RV away just yet!
