Change the way you move from one adventure to another with an all new 2013 Heartland Torque. These toy hauler travel trailers and fifth wheels allow you to move your toys from the garage to your favorite outside playground with ease. There is plenty of space in each model with a 10 or 12 foot garage to pack toys, gear, and anything else you might need for a weekend of fun.
On the inside of each model you will find at least one queen size bed in the front bedroom. There is an extra fold-down hide-away bed in the cargo of travel trailer model 261 and 271, and an optional queen bed/split bench seat/bed in all of the four fifth wheel models. All feature a large u-shaped dinette or L-shaped dinette/sofa slideout for comfortable dining or just relaxing with the gang reminiscing about the days adventure. A complete bath featured in each makes clean up a breeze for you, and the exterior shower makes cleaning up your toys easy before loading them for the ride home. With a long list of options like; a portable or built-in generator, 30 gallon fuel station, or rear pull down screen to name just a few, you can certainly extend your fun while making life on the road as comfortable as home.

Heartland Recreational Vehicles LLC, Elkhart, Ind., was founded in 2003 by a quintet of RV veterans. Their philosophy is lower numbers mean a better market and better dealers. That was one of the reasons why all of them left their previous companies to bring Heartland RV to the public.
The first product created by Heartland was a high-end fifth wheel. The Landmark which was aimed at extended-stay RVers who spend a lot of time in their coaches at one location was picked to create first on purpose because it was going to be the hardest to build and they wanted to prove that they could do it and do it right.
Because of the success with the Landmark they were able to introduce the Bighorn in 2004. From this debut, Heartland doubled its dealer base, and added two new coaches, the Cyclone and Sundance. Both of which are mid-profile sport utility fifth-wheel trailers
Heartland relies on word-of-mouth advertising and favorable review in RV club publications rather that through widespread advertising. Heartland has grown quickly especially after introducing the Sundance and Cyclone sport utility fifth-wheels but their aim is still to stay pretty content for a while so that they make sure that they are the best that they can be. Their goal is not to be a high volume company. They want to create demand from their dealers and for their dealers, and keep innovations going. With notable technological accomplishments like the tighter turning radius for extended-cab or short-bed pickup truck and the development of a universal docking center they are well on their way to doing just that!
