We had a great experience with Joel Juarez. He showed us the RV we'd been researching and we're set on; however, he ensured we were informed of the benefits of each rig equivalent. This made all the difference between seeing rigs online versus seeing/feeling the rig in person. I like that there was a 'no pressure' feeling. His knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure our needs were met made us comfortable enough to take the plunge and get our first rig! Tim is a wonderful person to have as a salesperson. Tim was very honest and upfront from the first phone call to the delivery of our Motor Coach. We were out of state buyers and had to communicate with Tim over a period of time from the purchase to the acceptance of our purchase. He was always prompt in answering questions, following up on items he may not have had answers to and put us in contact with others we may have needed to speak to. Tim was not the typical "you have to buy this today" salesperson. He let us look, ask questions and make our own informed decisions. He is no pressure person and a great person to work with. We replaced an older 337 with this 2023 337. Had a great purchase experience with Tim in sales. He has always been available with answers and great to work with.

After reading many on-line reviews about the poor quality of service and length of time to get your rig serviced, we were expecting the worst when we began our search to have our rig serviced.
My first call was to a local camping store who could not schedule us for about a month!
Then I called ExploreUSA in Seguin, TX. Chris Llanes and his Service team at ExploreUSA were just the opposite; Professional, Friendly, and Punctual! We could not be more pleased with how we were treated and how Chris was able to work us in so we could get the rig ready for our next trip. He was able to schedule us for the next day and completed the job later that same day.
We also opted to buy a new set of MorRyde stairs (for our older dog). Chris and Aaron in the Parts Dept went ahead and ordered both the 3 and 4 step versions to see how each would fit/look; they definitely went above and beyond the call of duty! Purchase experience was great, Dustin got me a fair deal and even ordered the sleeper sofa to replace the dinette in unit that I purchased. Today was the walk through with Brian Walter and Dustin Cannaday. Brian walked me through all the ins and outs of the trailer, showed me the new camera set up. Everything has gone smoothly, excited to get out there and enjoy the new travel trailer.

We had an RV that needed extensive repairs and decided to do a trade-in. We were dealing with the FTW dealership and the service dept people there were extremely helpful and took great care of us. We looked at some new RVs, decided on one, made an offer, was told by salesman he would get back to me but didn't. I saw the same RV at Wills Point, called and spoke to Jimmy and it was a no-nonsense, let's do business, i'm here to help and did all he could to get me into the RV I wanted. Within a short time the same day I signed a contract. What a pleasure to do business this way! Then they had the RV ready in just a few days. Another big plus. Met Keri Holden at the service dept and the care we received was top-notch. The guy who gave the RV tour also took his time, answered all our questions, was very thorough and made us feel very confident about the RV. Keri kindly and patiently did all the final paperwork and we were on our way. Keri emailed us to check on us which is great customer service! I had a question and she looked into it immediately and responded quickly. Before the 90 days we had some minor cosmetic issues with the RV and Keri again took care of us with white glove treatment. After many hours (and days) at the store with Rob Aleman and on the website, we almost decided on 5th wheel. Called Rob Aleman and told him we were headed to the store. It was his day off but he met us there anyway (Sunday). After doing a quick (3 hours) walk through of about 4 RV`s with Rob, we chose our 5th wheel. Bought my FR Flagstaff Classic Super Lite at Denton but due to distance I got in touch with Lisa Rice at Canton to see if they could repair a water line that had collapsed. She gave me a really quick appointment time and I took my unit there today. This was my first contact with their service dept and they made me feel like I was their best customer. They had told me they may have to keep it and I could get it by Friday. Well greeting Lisa and Travis Williams, Zane came in and Lisa asked him to take a look at it. Fifteen minutes later the repair is made and I'm on my way, no second trip to retrieve the unit later in the week. I have never had such quality service and such a feel good attitude from any service department anywhere before for anything. We would like to express our gratitude for the work of our service advisor, Keri Holan. We brought our unit in for service back in December for several items. It took 7 weeks to complete, most of that time waiting on parts, but Keri kept us updated throughout the process. Even it the update is "we are waiting on parts" that is much better than not knowing the status. Fast forward to 3-13-2019; we just returned from a 2 week long trip with some problems and we needed the trailer returned by 3-22 for our next trip. Keri and team went to work an pulled thru with flying colors. Keri is superb at her job and makes our experience so much easier. I also want to give a big thank you to the service guys, Zane and Jeremy for helping us when we dropped off the unit and when we picked it up. They took the time to explain everything that went wrong and what they did to complete the repairs. Everything is done and thanks to the prompt service of all we are ready for out next trip.
